Holiday Shopping Secrets

With an arm tightly around Rhonda’s waist, Toby kissed her on the neck.

“Toby, not now,” she said as a store clerk placed a statue on the counter in front of them.

“It’s perfect,” Rhonda said examining the bronze.

Toby was examining Rhonda when he saw another customer walk into the store.

“Oh crap,” he said pulling Rhonda along. “Come here.”

As the surprised clerk looked on, Toby pulled Rhonda through a stock-room doorway. A few minutes later, they emerged.

“Was this gift for that woman who was in here?” the clerk asked.

“No,” muttered Toby. “That was my wife.”
